  • is there a bugin website builder with .png files?

    Hi
If I use the pic ture import button and select an image in.png form I get the message that it is not found. With a .jpg there is no problem. If I create an inline frame and give the URL for the .png file it finds it with no problem. Am I doing something stupid or is there a problem with website builder programme? Any advice or comment most welcome. Thanks for your time.

Thanks for your input. If I cange to jpg or gif the file is seriously increased in size with obviously increased download times. I am puzzled why website builder recognizes .png in the in-line frame system and not the picture import button and seems to me a fault in the website builder programme. This may be my ignorance but it would be nice to understand what is happening and whether their is a fault in the programme and whether it will be addressed!!

when changing to jpg or gif you will probably need to use pix resizer (free download) or change size or "save for web" in a photo program
