I have installet a php script. When I deleted it I got a 500 server error.

The very nice customer support have helped me twice with this problem.

Anyone know how to delete the php files on the server without getting this error message. I don.t know what I'm doing wrong.

I have a php script on my server that I want to delete, but I dont know how to do this without getting this error.

Anyone that can help me with this?

Just delete it, then check the folder (the one the script was in, as well as those of the public_html to make sure the permissions are still correct) Usually 755 for internal folders, 750 for public_html

This is the message:

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@worldflirting.com (webmaster@worldflirting.com) and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request"

I'm getting the same error above. I am trying to install easymod. In addition, is also says there is a 404 error. I've checked the permissions and they are all as you say. Please help.

How are you going about deleting them? Are you using an ftp, or cpanel file manager? or some other way?
