I have noticed that there seems to be quiet alot of confusion and different opinions about what is legal or illegal usage of Music on websites. This may differ from country to country, and you should check with the Aurthority in the country where you reside.
I live in Australia and have provided 2 links below for other Australians from APRA (Australian Authority) to know exactly where they stand with their own unique circumstances. I hope this helps anyone who is concerned about this issue.
