If you a Premiere Business Account with PayPal then they have the documentation and have a step by step guide on what you need to do for

    "Recurring Payments and Subscriptions"
    https://www.paypal.com/en_US/pdf/subscriptions.pdf

After you read up on that, you will know exactly what you need to do.

Here is another useful thread that may clarify two optional routes you can take as far as how you want your subscribers to experience the payment pocess and some setting in your PayPal account that might be involved:

You will need some type of billing system and shopping cart for this.

I want to add member content in which you have to pay for. The member content will be for High Level Clan Members and lower level members or guests will need to pay. Also, I want it so clan members can buy a sub domain on my site so they can show off their gamerscore, caln they're in, etc.

no, not something like that. I want it so you click. "Click Here to Sign-up!". then an externa; secure form pops up. The user submits they info, credit, and contact info. The credit info gets verified then paid to me.

                    Re: creating a subscription payment?

Yes, that is very possible. It needs a registration form, and a database, as well as an admin interface to allow you to manage your members. Then you need a login script, wich will retreive the info from the database, to allow or not users to loggin.

Ususlly, n simple sites as yours, after registration, the member is sent to a payment page. From there he can proceed to PayPAl, just for the payment. As soon as you get confirmation of the Payment, the member's subscription becomes active (either manually, which requires you to enter the database and set his status to "active", or automatically, using PayPal's Data Transfer System in conjunction to a a script in the return page, that will automatically update the database.

There is no such thing as a secure form, if by that you mean a form where the info submitted will be secured. You need a SSL certificate for that.
