Hi ezzxnta:

before any script can add info to a database, you need to:

create a database:
add a table with the names of your form fields:

script your database connection details:
the names of the fields used on your form:
add a record to your database:

and then you will need another script to view, edit or delete info contained in your database.

If you contact me by email (see the contact form in any of my websites)
I may be able to help you........
