Two packages

Hi, I bought two packages before realising that I only needed to buy the one and another domain and add as an addon. Silly me. However, both packages have separate logins etc but they have the same IP address. Is that OK? The reason for my question is that I have published both sites, both sites have a membership details capture page. One works properly and the other does not send details correctly. I have a support ticket submitted but thought someone may be able to help.
