Will "Contact Us" hyperlinked to http://www. mysite.com/contactform.html do it?

Hi... Will my "Contact Us" hyperlinked to http://www.mysite.com/contactform.html (utilizing tha appropriate pop up html) pop up the Advance Contact Form for use by visitor?? Leaving all the PHP stuff to the Advanced Form to do upon submital.... Thanks ... Doug
