Header question

Hello,
I remember vaguely from Dreamweaver something to put in the header coding that keeps it looking good in varies screen sizes. Does anyone know how to do that in blue voda? I am using a graphic as a header. Any help is greatly appreciated by this newbie.

I believe that in a purely html page- there is a way to make the web page adjust to the various web settings. This not possible (as far as I know and has been discussed previously on this site) with the BV web building program.
