Please Help Me!

I am having ALOT of trouble with my info request form. If you type in http://www.picklerweddings.com/info_requested.html you will see a very nice form. When you enter info in that and click submit, it will take you to my action.php page. It looks like it is working. BUT I never get the emails with the information. I have checked every thing I know to check. I have watched and watched the tutorials and I still can't get it to work. Can someone please help me? I am so discouraged. Any suggestions? Thanks.
