Any alternatives to the ad rotator in bluevoda???

Hi everyone,
Having completed one website succesfully i am now on my second and was wondering if there is any programs or alternatives to using Bluevoda's ad rotator???...i have seen on other websites really cool rotators with all sorts of effects!...does anyone know of any?
