Thumbnails that zoom larger????

hi all,
Me again, sorry to be a pain but i'm really pushed to get this site up and running.

i would like to be able to have a page on my site as a gallery page with small (slightly larger than thumbnail size) pictures. Then when the mouse is moved to a picture it zooms to a larger picture over the others!....then when you move off it shrinks back!....i know that is a **** explanation but i hope you get the idea!!!!

Please go easy with any answers as i'm no where near as experienced as you guys.....
