re-Publishing question

I am unfortunately having no luck with the help i got, i don't need anyone to explain it to me, but if someone could do it for me if i send them the file, then send it back I could see what i did wrong much easier. If i give someone 2 pages and they use 3 pages, Universal page, Index, and an extra. That should be enough for me to understand the whole process. I understood it, it just wouldn't work for me.
