lost domain name

I went to my control panel in an attempt to setup a new addon domain and found this:
Addon Domain Maintenance
Addon Domain Additions
Bind reloading on voda12 using rndc zone: [processklenx.com] The subdomain, bookeboy.processklenx.com has been added.
Error from park wrapper: bookeboy.com is owned by another user.
Removed Entry from httpd.conf The subdomain, bookeboy.processklenx.com has been removed.
bookeboy.com could not be setup. The subdomain bookeboy.processklenx.com was not setup either.

BookeBoy is my domain, bought and paid for. What should I do?

Go to your Domian manager wherever you bought the domain and set the DNS to the voda host settings they sent you when you first signed on with them then lock the Domian.....

Ok Sadain,

my addon was placed in a separate folder and name index. I just published my bookeboy web page, (ok so far) but when I attempt to bring it up on the internet I got this:

What did I do wrong? What should I do next?
