How do I insert short movie

I`ve looked through all 8 pages of "inserting elements" and I`m sorry to trouble everyone but I need help as I couldn`t find what I need.
I want to take a short movie with my camera of something working; then I want to apply it on my website with a "click here to see how it works" button.
Then on another site I would like to lay a link direct to the movie.
