editing and publishing issue

I've done some editing on my front page, saved and previewed....everything great, then published successfully.....but when I go to my site via internet it's still the old page....tried refresh, tried clearing all temp interent files, cleared all cache.....did windows wash.......went through the steps over and over, can't get my edited page to show...ideas anyone?

I changed some mouse-over images, last night I went into control panel and deleted the old images. The new ones are there uploaded to control panel but they are not coming up on the page.

Your webpage looks fine to me.
I think you need to refresh your browser cache.
Tools->Internet Options->Temporary Internet Files->Delete Files
Then reboot your PC.
