In the soholaunch page editor, I am not getting the menu on the top & the objects to be dragged. Can't figure out the problem.

Another problem noticed in the help centre:

Root Directory (public_html) 755 snbwukbk nobody no Failed

Error Reports Owner and Group must be snbwukbk to function properly.

Is this the possible reason for the problem?
