I have downloaded an ecommerce web template for my store.
I am trying to transfer it into BV web builder.

Anybody know how to transfer it into BV?

Chris,
Go through the tutorials there is a section on page properties.
You can open the template into a new page and then save as a template to be used for all of your other pages.

By the way, your web site does not open, check to make sure that you have saved your "home" page as index without extensions.

Chris, You might want to be more specific about the type of template you purchased. If you purchased an ecommerce template that you use stand-alone, it might be easier to not install it 'into' BV - but to use it instead of BV.

Since I don't know what you purchased, I'm only guessing here.
