  • I-Frame problem holding up site

    I'm posting another request on help with i-frame because it's still not working correctly.

    Beth, thank you for your input on i-frames and using ### for colors. I haven't had the change to try that yet, because I'm still only having the problem of color change on one color block. I've tried changing it to "blue" and "darkblue" and it still pulls up the i-frame page which it is clicked.

    If anyone out there has any idea why this would be happening, I'd appreciate it. I would hate to abandon this feature because it is something I've always wanted to be able to do.

    See: http://cust-m-cartoons.custmcartoons...oecartoon.html

    Click on the colored squares mid-page and you'll see that the only one that doesn't work is the navy blue.

    You have a space in there that you shouldn't have.

    Your source shows

    target=" mattecolors"
    It should be

    target="mattecolors"

      i don't know if you tried hex codes i.e. 000000 is black ffffff is white.

      well if you havent try 000066 is navy blue.

      keep the # and add ; that to the end

      so <border color="#000066;"

      like that or just add #000066

      then again im not sure what it's for but you can try that maybe!

        Thank you so much RaceFan! I can't believe it was something so simple as that. No matter how many times I looked at that Blue Voda page, I just could not see that extra space. You don't know how much I appreciate your help. I have about 200 product pages like this one to start rebuilding, and now I can get started on it tomorrow!

        The folks in this forum are the best, and maybe someday, I'll be able to help someone out with a question instead of asking them all the time.

              I can't wait to see it finished too! lol I'll probably pull an "all-day, all-nighter" tomorrow to try and get the majority of it finished.

              With help from KarenMac I now have my Authorize.net account all set up and working. I see there is an Authorize.net logo that I can put on my site (like you have). I copied the logo, and the html code but when I put it on my page, all I got was the two small line of text. I'd like to have it do what yours does when you click on the image. I'm probably doing something zzzzzzzzzz oops, sorry, again!

                You won't be able to see it until it's published, so don't pull your hair out on that one. (I did that already lol)

                  I did publish a page with the logo on it, but still only saw the text "online payment services".

                    Re: I-Frame problem holding up site

                    Too many late nights already I guess. What I did at Authorize.net was put the web page address as www.cust-m-cartoons.com instead of the temporary one of http://cust-m-cartoons.custmcartoons.com. It works perfectly now. I like that a customer can click on the logo and see the company information.

                        Re: I-Frame problem holding up site

                        I sure will. I'm still having difficulty understanding how www.cust-m-cartoons.custmcartoons.com can be changed into my original domain name just by changing the name servers, but if you guys all say it will work, it will. Been working all day and have about 30 product pages done so far. Miles and miles to go!
