Thumbnails and full size images for products

When I add a product, I click on images, add my images, and save.

When I view my product page, the image shows on the main product page, but when I click on more detail, no image shows.

Any suggestions?

Are you using the "gallery" feature ... perhaps that will do what you would like ...

Holly, she's in Soho - doesn't have the BV gallery feature :)

It's been awhile since I used Soho and I think the image should be showing up - but they've updated since then - so I'll leave that for someone who knows.

I think its because there is the choice of adding a THUMBNAIL or a regular size, and you are adding ONLY the thumbnail and not the second one. If you load it to the second one, it will resize that one and USE it as the thumbnail by default, but it wont do it the other way around. So in the product area make sure you are adding to the second one only.

By the way, that picture is horribly fuzzy on my computer. Im not sure you WANT it to go larger!

Thanks all. That makes sense. Yes, my sister is supposed to be sending me a clearer image.
