Re-doing my website

Now I've built all new pages, saved them and then published them. But they are not coming up when I try and view them on my computer or even out other computer in the house. Any ideas or suggestions?

I just figured it out, I accidentally renamed my home page "Index" with a capital "I" and not a lower case "i". That was all it took.
