Setting up my ssl..how do I start?

I have just purchased my ssl through this link http://www.vodahostdomains.com/secure/ and would like vodahost to set it up for me ($30)and I need the static IP ($3 p/month) as mentioned in the other thread. How do I go about contacting vodhost to start the process. My ssl is 'awaiting configuration'

whats a static ip and do you have to have one to install a ssl?

You need a dedicated IP for an ssl.
