Hi.. What will be the best way to offer Press Release package fom my website? Are there different formats for newsprint...web news?

Generally, a PDF download would prove ideal, since that is the format most public relations and media entities both compose and distribute their own materials (speaking as a former advertising agency owner). This being the case, it should be noted that using a "PDF converter" or other substitutive program other than an Adobe product will leave not only a less-than-desirable impression (unprofessional) but will limit the usability of your material according to standard formatted versatility.

And, of course, attention need be given to how you intend to create the traffic to utilize such an offering rather than traditional distribution methods.
(If you intend to "announce" or "promote" the opportunity of such a resource, it is normally expected that such notifications include the actual material! Always follow protocol whenever possible for optimal results in the realm of media and public relations, especially when "begging indulgence" or "asking for favor.")

** If you intend to have a "Media Resource Center" (or something similarly named) within the design of your website to act as an "archive" then the first mentioned method would be satisfactory, and the use of a "PDF-substitute" format would actually allow a greater availability of the materials for the vast majority of visitors. The use of PDF or "PDF-mimiced" materials at the general public level offers a modicum of assurance that the material will not be taken out of context, plagerized (other than complete re-writing) or otherwise abused: this can be especially important for images included, and further "control/copyright" aspects is illustrated by the use of your "logo" on each page which prevents most duplication attempts.
