View Full Version : getting snapshots of other websites

I hope I've used the right terminology, but I'd like to add pictures of other websites to my internet marketing site. You know, when you have a tiny
picture of the website and you can click on it. Does anyone know how I can do this? I have come across some stuff from www.websnapr.com (http://www.websnapr.com)
to generate a thumbnail but I don't know how to use it. Please help.

I'm just going to help you quickly with some forum rules - you need to clean up your signature:

6. If you SPAM our members in any manner, your account will be banned. Do not contact anyone to suggest your product or service who is not explicitly expecting you to contact them. If you gleaned information from anywhere other than the advertising forums and use that to contact someone and present an offer, it's SPAM.

a) Posting any type of affiliate link anywhere in this forum is considered spam.
b) Trying to disguise a sales pitch as a product review is considered spam.
c) Posting promotional material outside of the classified section is considered spam.
You might want to read the entire rules:
Forum Rules (http://www.vodahost.com/vodatalk/news-updates/6569-forum-rules-updated.html)

To do as you are asking, I suggest you take a screenshot of the website.

Thank you for your response. I'm sorry about the signature, I didn't realise.Anyway, I've just left my sites on there if that's ok.

Thanks again for the info. I wasn't sure what to do.
