basic formm help please?

i have watched the tourtrial 1 for forms but i don't know what to do when she says "please scroll down this page" to get the PHP code. Where do i get it from. i have made my form on my other page already. Thanks.

Just what it says. The page with the tutorial, goes on with a second part, in text. >There you will find all the necessary instructions (as well as the code itself). Just use the scroll bar to go further down.
