Missing passwrds since upgrade

Hi

Has anyone else lost the password from the publishing box since they upgrades to BV9

I have tried all the user names and passwords sent to me but none seem to work

Before they were always automatically saved and now poof gone

Any suggestions please

some of the servers ip numbers have changed. Go here to see a list of the new numbers. I am on voda8 and that was just changed recently. If you are also on that server, you will have to upgrade to the newer bv with that ip for publishing. Here is the download.

If you can't find the password in your email then you can submit a support ticket they will reset your password.
