unrouteable mail domain

Can some please help urgently
I changed to Voda from another hosting company since then I get these bounced emails saying "unrouteable mail domain" when someone sends a email to a freind from my site or using the fillout forms I am using php files to process the form delivery
how do I configure the mail to send out confirmation and activation email etc from my web site so the client get there mail from my site.
this was working fine before I changed
Is there something in the cpanel I can ajust, I have been through it all but nothing seems to work
I have setup all my email accounts with outlook etc and I recieve emails fine went sent manually from another email client program but not from my website
The delivery program needs to route the mail to them from my site using my email address

Voda needs to relay the messages on to my clients how do I get this to work, as the php scripts are pre written and worked fine on the old server I have checked my config file and I have the right email address entered in to it, I have no idea as to why this is happening. the contact us form works great, I just tried to email from my admin area to all the clients and they all got bounced back to me ??? Do I need a .htaccess file with the right syntax entered??

OK.....Just so I understand, you are saying that....

1) You hava created a webs form on your website.
2) The form submits but you do not receive the results of this form.

Is the above correct? if no please expalin more clearly.

Ok, The forms submit ok for a direct contact to me and I receive it fine, but when someone emails a friend about a listing from the site they get bounce with the following, hope this make more sense

I don't thinks so as the scripts worked fine with the last provider without this problem I enable BCC and recieved my copies of the email without any problems
Could it be that the Voda Email server is treating the mail as SPAM

But Voda email server is definitely not relaying the mail on to the clients or some kind of handler needs to be put in place (yes I have registered globle ON)

There something wrong with the voda mail server or incompatibility issue because I have another subdomain and the mail scripts are not sending any mail to me at all yet I can recieve mail sent manually from a email box client no problems there also they were working fine with the last provider

I think it also could be something in the php setting but I don't know what, any suggestion in what I can do or try from here?

I dont know, everybody else mail on the server you are on works fine. It could be a incompatability issue with the script. If it was a server issue non of the mail would go through, but since you say some does and some doesn not, I would lean towards the script side. Is the liscence active?

This is a problem that many php scripts run into due to a server security issue, where the \\"nobody\\" account from apache is not allowed to send emails. this can be easily fixed if I was on dedicated server, by accessing whm and changing this setting, but I am on shared server, I need ask you can the security be changed for me in the WHM apache server panel. Then the emails will be sent just fine if it is.

Works Perferect Now

I uploaded my auction site to PHP Pro Bid's web server and all the php script work fine using apache & cpanel, maybe Blue Voda needs to have in place a apache server option that could cater for online auction scripts or someother type of email forwarding system.

PHP send mail is not activated on new accounts. You can not send mail as "nobody" Please make sure
all your scripts run with smtp authorization and they will work fine.
