Hi, I saw th epost about passwod changes and had not received an email notification so I started a ticket and they sent me my new password! However there are 2 other sites I look after for other people and they haven't received the email either? The one might not want to start a support ticket because I'm the one who is looking after her site, can I start a support ticket for her and have the info emailed to me?

You can start the ticket, however, the mail will be sent to the registered email address (the one in CP) so if that is her email it will be her that will receive the info. You might ask her to forward the new password to you.
