Template Not Uploading completely

I purchased a Soholaunch Template (Jewellery...$59) and after unzipping the template it only partially loads...The Tec people seem baffled.

How are you uploading it? You shouldnt UNZIP it it if you upload it via the template manager, it should be in zipped format.
