Can someone please check my site for Meta tags, I’m not getting hits and I have tried to understand my stats in my cp. Please advise me what to do in order to have people coming to my site. Thank you ahead of time.

You have about 4-5 times to many keywords.

But you can't base the reason people are not visiting the site on your meta tags. Unless there are a bunch of other websites linking to you, then your position in a search on a search engine won't be great. And depending on how many websites have links to your site will also determine the chance that someone will have of getting to your website through another.

I believe you would insert background music in the page properties box.

Or by using Media Player. Are you familiar with that?
