• Bold V Strong

As I understand it, it's a good idea to put your keywords in bold for SEO purposes. This being the case, I have read that the html tag is more effective than plain old .

The only way I can find to use this tag is put an HTML box everywhere on the page where I want to put the keywords in tags, and then try to match it up to the rest of the text, which frankly is a ballache.

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

The functionality of and are exactly the same. I have read posts in other forums that is preferred by yahoo (SEO that is), but that was completely unconfirmed, and I can't see that being accurate (I think it was just someone bs'ing people")

Thank you Watdaflip. I'm aware that the funtionality of the tags is the same, however my query pertains specifically to the noble art of SEO.
