I am trying to make a form for my web site fdccashbook.com.au
I have been using the BVoda advanced form maker. I have been able to construct and configure the form to update mysql data base and for me receive email notifications. My problem is as follows:
1. When I receive the notification email it shows as being sent from invalid address.
2. The auto notification email does not get sent to the submitter (the email addresses entered into the form are valid).
Does anyone have any ideas as to why the auto notification does not work on my form?
