how to modiy an existing website

HI,

Thanks. I just came to know about this site and forum.
I have a website already. It was designed by one of my friend for me.
I know little about designing. But I donwloaded the blue voda software.

Looks like it accepts only .bvf files. But how can I import all my existing html files and edit it using the blue voda software.

Any inputs from your end along these lines is much appreciated.

First, congratulations on finding BV. This is a great forum, with lots of helpful, friendly and knowledgeable people willing to share what they know.
First you should know that although the sitebuilding software is free, pages built here can only be published using a vodahost account. That being said, it is a great deal - lots of freebies, plenty of space and lots of great support.
Okay, now for your question about importing your existing html files.
In the BV sitebuilder, click file, then newpage, then from existing html page. Then be sure and tick the button for remote, from the internet, and type in the url of the page you want to import.
There you go.
