error in thank you page. plz help.

after doing everything as said in the tutorial, i did a test and filled out the form. instead of "the thank you" page, i get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ',' in /home/fyfoulsk/public_html/action.php on line 18

(if u need to see the code wich one do u need? the thank you page or the page where the form is?)

i saw the error. i had a lost " in the middle of the text...
