Accessing Word Press

This may have been covered somewhere already, but I missed it, apparently.

Is there any way to download WordPress into Blue Voda without being a paying member yet?

From my investigations it doesn't appear so, but I wanted to check. I have a wordpress.com blog already that I want to have as my main page, and I wanted to fiddle with it, playing with my own template ideas, etc.

Unlike a few other blog programs, WP is tied to a domain. You need a VH account to access the Control panel and download it.
Alternative: Open a new page [BV] from "Existing HTML" use the WP address, and try modifying it. http://www.vodahost.com/
