my websites on my pc

hi everybody,

as i mentioned earlier i can't access my websites ,cpanel and FTP manager from my own home pc. i can use it from other places like my work.
customer centre also reset my password, i talked to microsoft, my pc company.
they advised me to use fire fox, window expl 6/7
nothing happening.
when i click on cpanels other IPaddress it opens a login box but when i open my
Voda7 75.126.169.139 ns11.vodahost.com ns12.vodahost.comall see a white blank page, no login box to click or enter password or change anything.
also can't use ftp manager.
can anyone please help me.
i am using windows vista on new pc

Their is a VERY strong possibility that you are being blocked from the server for too many failed login attempts.

Please do the following....

1)Turn your computers modem and router off for 60 seconds, this action will force your ISP to assign you a new IP address.
2)While your modem and router are off reboot your computer.

If you do not know how to do the above, just unplug everything for 60 seconds (Complete Power Down).

After you do this, please check to see if you can see your website and/or login to your control panel.
