    Client ID# 18033

    Just signed up and ready to publish. Problem is the server IP from the welcome letter is not on the drop down menu of the publish web page box. Perhaps I am not reading the welcome letter correctly??? Please advise.

    Download the BV software and reinstall again. You won't lose any information.
    What is happening is that Voda adds new IP addresses all the time, so although you may have the latest version of BV, you do not have all the brand new IP addresses.
    When you have reinstalled it, Viola! you're IP address will be there.
