Shopping Cart preview in own computer?

Is there a way I can build an e-commerce shopping cart and have it previews in my own computer. How should I go about it? I've installed Blue Voda Website Builder v7.6, but unable to go further in designing an e-commerce shopping cart?

Impossible, The shopping cart is database driven and only works online.

If it works online, can I download your software and have it runs on virtual domain name (Free domain name for members to test run web site). If possible, what is the next step to continue...
