How to copy and paste

Hello all.
Please could someone advise about the following.
I have typed information into a word document. How do i copy and paste this into Bluevoda.

Highlight the text on your word doc by pressing 'alt' and 'A'

Right click the highlighted text and click 'copy' or 'cut'

Open your BV page and click on the text button (Button at top with 'A' on it)

Highlight the words 'Double click to edit' in the text box and right click paste.

Then highlight again and change the font and colour

it is ctrl + a to select all, ctrl + c to copy (or right click > copy), and ctrl + v to paste (or right click > paste)

When i say ctrl + key, i mean hold down the ctrl key, and then hit the other key, whether it be a, c or v
