I have read the thread re: how to download soho launch. I cannot find Fantastico on my user CP page in oprder to download soholaunch.

put in a support ticket if you cant find fantastico, its a blue smiley face.

When I try to log in and do a support ticket it says that my username or password or not valid. Do I have to sign up for Voda Host to be able to submit a support ticket?

Ummm Yes! Its your hosting control panel you have to log in to in order to find fantastico. You wont find it on your computer control panel.
