Publishing thankyou page

I have managed to get some of my web pages up and working now, just got some work to do on the links. The problem is my contact page is working and we are recieving the emails from it fine...but still no thankyou page comes up and I think it might be because I haven't named it correctly in the URL...how do I find my URL or get my thankyou page to make polite appearance for me?

Well- I do not think the form is working. The action.php page cannot be found.

What did you name the page that has the php script in it?
