Forms ....!

Folks now I get the grip of this.....

I have build a site three pages, on the midle page I inclueded a form acording to the what seemed logical tutorials ....But neither does it send no notification of an email with the suposed collected information neither does it connect to the ..."thank you Page".....

Can some one help me, please
