Drag and Drop feature needed for site customers

We need a page for site where the user uploads a picture and is able to add speech bubbles into the picture.
If the user selects on bubble, he must be able to: edit the text and rotate it.
Every picture generated must have a "signature" with the url of my site across it until they purchase it, with a button to send the photo to us exclusively. They should not be able to right click on it to copy.
Basically I want something similar to http://www.bubblecaption.com/create.php or a more sophisticated version of wigflip.com/saywhat/ with letters not pixelated and other images able to drag and drop over to photo

This will require something special - either a software program over and above blue voda or scripts or something - an interactive program of some sort .. I suspect it wouldn't be "cheap" .. perhaps you can find something doing a search .. King Naval might let us know ..
