Template Manager Settings Tab Does Not Work

The on line documentation does not match the actual screens in SOHoAdmin. The "Builder" button has been replaced with a Settings Tab. However the changes on Settings tab for Company Logo, Company Slogan and Business Info have no effect whatsoever on the template when Previewing or accessing via normal browser.
