    Just today joined BlueVoda. When I attempt to connect to the FTP server, I get a 530 error, which is "authenication failed" statement.
    My question is.....how long do I have to wait until I can prepare my web page, and get in on the web, or do I have to wait at all?

      May I ask another question. Once my account has been set up will it automatically upload my web page....which I have already uploaded onto your FTP server, or will I have to upload onto your server again?

        If you do not have an active account yet, you have not uploaded anything.
        You can upload as soon as you receive your username and password.

          Hi. I suppose I am lost and confused, which is normal. I do have a user name and password as indicated on my Order Confirmation sheet (12-12-05). Does this mean my account is active and that my domain is internet accessible, or will I received an email about same?

              I have a publication (PDF) on my desktop which will be my 1st web site. Can you direct me to the proper tutorial video I need in order to transfer?
