my nav bar doesnt publish correct

My nav bar on www.dfalocal3473.org will show duplicate titles when published, even though the link url is correct. Ive tried to refresh ive tripple checked it in BV and it's all correct. Sometimes it's normal but there is two links in the nav bar that will duplicate. Please help, I got to get this thing running right.Thanks

Hi,

Open your page in BV, right click properties then selet "Link".
Ensure the http:// link is correct and republish your page.
