can't publish web page

i get the Internet Exception Error 120414

Details:
The request to connect and log on to the FTP server could not be completed because the supplied password is incorrect.

I know the password is correct. can anybody tell me what's wrong here??

Please make sure you are publishing your website to the correct
IP address.

If your IP address is not in BlueVoda’s list of IP addresses.

I have the same problem. The same goes w/ the different IP addresses. I downloaded the newest version of bluevoda (which i thought i had because mine is only a month old). Now that I have the setup saved to my desktop do I just download it again and it will it automatically upgrade the version of bluevoda I have now? Am I going to lose my worK?

1) Close down the old version.
2) Install the new version over the old version.
3) Reboot your computer

You will not loose any of your work.
