form placement

I'm trying to place a form on my contact page. When I drag the form box to the place I want it nothing happens. I created a contact form I would like to place there, but it doesn't show up.

update Soho from the webmaster icon. If it is the latest version and it still dont work click the yellow question mark.. second tab.. check permissions and run the fix if they are assigned to "nobody" in any area.
