Adding calculated shipping costs to invoice

I had my shipping charges set up to be calculated manually. How do access the invoice to edit it so I can add the shipping charges? I can view the invoice from the shopping cart, but can't figure out how to add the shipping charge. If there is a tutorial I can watch please refer me to the specific one.

Since you opted to do it manually that will have to be done on your payment processor end.
