  • Photo Viewing Issue

    Hi Everyone...

I'm new to this and have done some basic website building before. I'm having an issue with a .jpg logo not showing up (square box, red x). I've combed over past postings but still cannot find a solution. What I have done so far is:

    -deleted and reloaded the photo
-gone into control panel, the public_html, and can see the photo is there
-have checked and made sure the file name.jpg is identical and in lower case
-have run CCleaner and still had the same problems

I am TOTALLY open to anyone that can help me. I've put in a support ticket but they just tell me to delete and reload. I'm truly at a loss and would like to finish this off. For your interest, the website is:

    www.elginlondonmiddlesexcancer.ca

Please feel free to email me if you have any suggestion.

Thank you for your time and efforts.

    ...d:)

    Re: Photo Viewing Issue

    Welcome the VH.
Sometimes it works if you rename the image, then reload and bublish.
    Bless you

      Hi Tom...

Thank you for that. I tried that as well, and just again now to make sure, it doesn't seem to make a difference. I don't think it would, but do you think it has anything to do with it being saved as a CMYK image as opposed to an RGB one?

Actually, that did the trick! I can't believe it.

The image needs to be an RGB image, not a CMYK. Well my day just got great.

        Thank you for listening!
