More than one "thank you "page on site

Hi.
I have several forms on my site.
I followed the directions fully and saved the 'thank you' page as "action", on the first form.
Now, what do I use for name to save the 'thank you'pages for the other form pages?
If I name them all 'action', then when I receive an email with the submitted form, they all say they are from the same form submittal title.
I need them to designate which form page the person filled out.
Can anyone help me?

Just publish your thank you pages with WHATEVER name you like, BUT make sure that the "action" of the form is excactly the same as the thank you page. In example, in a Order form, you can set the form action to be "confirm.php" and then save the relevant processing page as "confirm" and set it to have .php extension when published.
